The Northeast Region of the Vertical Flight Society (VFS) will hold its annual Robert Lichten Award competition tentatively on December 4th 2024 (date pending venue availability). The Lichten competition promotes the exchange of technical information by encouraging VFS members to write and present a technical paper in any of the technical areas listed below. The competition is tailored to provide new authors/presenters the opportunity to be recognized for their contributions to their field.
