Join Mike Ambrose, Sikorsky’s former Vice President of Engineering & Technology and former Vice President of Enterprise Business Transformation, for a talk on managing digital integration at the interfaces, with specific focus on integrating the supply chain. Mike has found that digital integration at the supply chain level is the biggest obstacle to achieving bottom line Dx benefits at the program and product level. Integration is an ongoing task that affects stakeholders, and is important on a program management, finance, supply chain, supplier, and customer level.
